I just went to the shops carrying a bag with a picture of a muslem woman waring a T-shirt that had a picture of the twin towers on it. I don’t know where it came from, and someone only noticed when I got back home. Lucky…

Isn’t PDF everyone’s favorite file format?
I started to access some slides via pdf, but when it did the accessibility scan, it had trouble separating words, so It sounded like it was in Chinese. Then I got a PDF to word converter, but this put the text in the corner of each page and made it the size of a stamp. It also used text boxes. I tried a different setting, which got rid of the text boxes. It is still the size of the stamp, so I increased the size. Now there are random spaces after capital letters. Also, each line of text which is revealed is on a new page. It is impossible to read. I’m going to start an event called ‘We Love PDF Day”, in which Screen Reader users can vent there collective fury at the morons who publish documents in such an inaccessible format! If you want your content to be accessible with Screen Readers then DON’T USE PDF!
I just found an article about chat bots encouraging blind students to study computer science. The ironic thing is that the article is formatted incorrectly, so someone using a screen reader can’t access it. The only thing I can see are the graphics. Doing this project has shown some awfully inaccessible websites. Its refreshing to know that some web web developers just don’t give a fuck!

Go forth, steel music, it doesn’t matter if you pay or not, the artist only get %7 of what you pay anyway. The music industry needs to cop on. We’re not stealing from artists, we’re steeling from big rich companies who don’t care about consumers. Revolt!!!
